Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the applicants does not press prayer clauses (B) and (C). Insofar as prayer clause (A) is concerned, it is made clear that merely because the Civil Writ Petition No.8668 of 2017 is pending in this Court, the proceedings in Change Report No.983 of 2009 are not stayed. 1/2

47-caw470-18 Learned counsel for the parties state that the said change report is at the evidence stage. Hearing of the Change Report No.983 of 2009 is expedited.

Learned Assistant Charity Commissioner shall make an endeavor to dispose of the said change report within one year from today. Learned Assistant Charity Commission shall not grant any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. The parties are directed to co-operate with each other and also with the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner for disposing of the said change report expeditiously.

The civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Place the writ petition on board on 2nd April, 2018 for admission.
