This is an application for condonation of delay of three days in filing the Appeal. The impugned Judgment and Order was passed on 14/10/2022 in Special Case No.381/2020. It is mentioned in the application and it is also submitted by learned counsel for the Applicant that after his conviction his family was under mental shock. They could not take decision in time to approach High Court and they were in search of a good advocate. This caused delay in filing the Appeal. Considering that the delay is short, the delay is condoned. 2.
