Praecipe is moved for speaking to the minutes in respect of order dated 10.01.2023 by which the petition was disposed off. Heard both the sides. 2.

In para 3 of the order dated 10.01.2023, in the place of sentence "His clients will withdraw the civil suit bearing R.C.S No.126 of 2020 filed before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Satara impugning these notices and apply for retention under Section 53(1) read with 44 of the MRTP Act", the following sentence be substituted.

"His clients will withdraw the pleading in respect of impugning these notices challenging in civil suit bearing no Husen

The order dated 10.01.2023 stands corrected accordingly. 4.
