By this First Appeal, appellant/claimants are challenging the Judgment & Award dated 15th September, 2015 passed by Civil Judge Senior Division Gadhinglaj at Gadhinglaj in L.A.R. No. 49 of 2000, dismissing the Reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
