Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant - Petitioner invited our attention to the document placed on record at ExhibitA to the application, under the caption death certificate wherein it is stated that Mangala Manohar Chavan expired on 21 st October 2019 and as it is submitted that Smt. Mangala Chavan is survived by her legal heirs, namely, Applicant nos.1(a) and 1(b), the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant to take consequential steps within two weeks from today. Interim application stands disposed of accordingly.
