Heard Mr. Manoj Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.H. Kankal, learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 2State, at length.

The only prayer in these petitions is to direct respondent No.1 to decide and dispose of the pending Revision Applications filed by the petitioners preferably within a period of four weeks from today. 1 / 2

Mr.Kankal states that Ms. Neha Choche, Under Secretary, CMTD, Mantralaya, Mumbai is present in the Court today. Upon taking instructions from her, Mr.Kankal states that the proceedings of the Revision Applications filed by the petitioner are misplaced and, therefore, the Revision Applications are not decided. Mr.Patil assures that he will reconstruct the papers and proceedings of Revision Applications and submit the same in the office of the Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation on 26.12.2018. On instructions, Mr.Kankal assures that within four months from 26.12.2018, the Hon'ble Minister will decide the Revision Applications.

In view thereof, Petitions are disposed of in the following terms : i.
The petitioner in each petition will reconstruct and submit the papers and proceedings of his Revision Applications on 26.12.2018 in the office of the Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation; ii. The Hon'ble Minister is requested to dispose of the Revision Applications within four months from 26.12.2018. iii. The Hon'ble Minister will decide the Revision Applications on its own merits and in accordance with law and on the basis of material on record.
iv. All contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open. v. Petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs. Order accordingly.
