Considering the fact that similar prayers have been made in these writ petitions, they are taken up for final disposal with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties.

In each writ petition, a prayer has been made for a direction to be issued to the Respondents to consider the proposal that has been

moved seeking release of 20% grant-in-aid in terms of the Government Resolution dated 12th February 2021. The learned counsel for the Petitioners has tendered copy of the order dated 17th January 2024 passed in Writ Petition No.1238 of 2023 (Kailas Pralhadrao Pable Vs. The State of Maharashtra through Secretary & Ors.) decided at the Aurangabad Bench of this Court.

Considering the fact that the proposals made by the Petitioners are pending with the Authority, the direction has sought for can be granted. For the sake of convenience, the details of the proposal and the Government Resolution that is applicable is indicated in the following chart:- Sr.

In view of aforesaid, these Writ Petitions are disposed of by following the course as adopted in Writ Petition No.1238 of 2023. The

proposals shall be decided by the Respondent No.1 in accordance with the law laid down in Writ Petition No.563 of 2015 decided at the Aurangabad Bench on 21st February 2019 as well as the policy of the State Government. The proposals be decided within a period of three months from today.

Rule is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
