Present Interim Applications have been filed for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 6 on record by condoning delay.

Perused the Applications. It is stated that Respondent No. 6 has expired on 24.07.2019. Present Applications have been taken out on 22.12.2022. Prima facie, there is some delay, however considering the extant orders in Suo Motu Writ Petition passed by the Supreme Court in respect of limitation, delay is negligible and deserves to be condoned. The names of legal heirs of Respondent No. 6 are mentioned in the cause title of both the Applications. 4.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Applications, both Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Reverification is dispensed with. Copy of the amended cause title / Writ Petitions be served on the Respondents.

Mr. Karandikar, learned Advocate appearing for Respondents would submit that he would also secure the vakalatnama on behalf of the newly added Respondents.
