By this application, the applicant has sought to recall the order dated 16/10/2018 and to restore the Second Appeal No.433/2018 along with Civil Application No.507/2018 after condoning the delay of 18 days in filing the said application.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraph nos. 8 and 9 of the application which in my considered view, constitute sufficient ground. Delay is condoned. Second Appeal No.433/2018 along with Civil Application No.507/2018 are restored to file. 3.
