The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that as per provisions of Chapter IV Rule 8, the Court can dispense with such consent in appropriate case. It is submitted that the applicant is a lady who is 70 years of age. Earlier, she had obtained no objection / consent from Advocate Chandnani. However, that was misplaced. Subsequently, she made an attempt to contact the Advocate at his official address. However, could not do so. The application is supported by the affidavit of the applicant. In such circumstances and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Civil Application is disposed of.
