The Petitioner prays for following substantive reliefs : "(b) this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned decision of Committee if any whereby Petitioner was declared as unit for appointment on compassionate grounds and his case is recommended for rejection and removal from the list.

(c) That this Hon'ble Court may be please to declare that the Petitioner is eligible candidate for employment on compassionate ground and direct the Respondent-Authorities to appoint the Petitioner in service in Respondent-Authorities forthwith in suitable post considering the educational qualiication of Petitioner."

Considering the reliefs prayed in this petition, we are more than satisied that said reliefs squarely fall within the domain of Central Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Patil-SR 1 of

11 Wp-9217-2023.doc Act, 1985. We are therefore not inclined to entertain this writ petition, though Mr. Bansode, learned Counsel for the Petitioner insisted that this Court should consider the present petition on merits. 4.

Keeping the liberty open for the Petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, petition is disposed of. 5.

Time spent in prosecuting this petition being bona ide, if the question of delay in iling OA before the CAT arises, same be considered sympathetically.
