At the outset, Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that during the pendency of this Application, charge-sheet has been fled on 13.12.2023. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to fle a fresh Bail Application before the learned Sessions Court.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
