Challenge in this petition is to the order in the statutory appeal granting stay of proceedings pending before trial court. 2.

It is well settled that this Court will not interfere with the interim orders passed the Appellate Court before whom statutory appeal is pending unless manifest illegality is pointed out. No illegality manifest on record is pointed out. Therefore, at this stage the petition cannot be entertained. However, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pandharpur shall decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible.

The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
