1] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appellant will be depositing the entire amount of compensation as awarded by the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today. 2] In view thereof, stay is granted to the execution of the decree subject to condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation before the Tribunal, within six weeks from today, 3] In case of failure on the part of applicant to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, stay granted shall automatically stand vacated 4] Application stands disposed off accordingly.
