The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent No.3 to transfer the petitioner from the school at Pimpode Bk, Tal. Koregaon, Dist.Satara to any of its School in the District of Thane or Raigad. The transfer is sought on the ground that the petitioner's husband is working at Vashi in a High School run by the respondent No.3. 3.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the respondent No.3, on instructions, makes a statement that the petitioner's request would be considered and appropriate decision in this regard would be taken in the next academic year. The statement is accepted. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

In the light of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the grievance of the petitioner, at this stage is redressed. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 5.
