Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP for applicant states that the office of the Prosecutor made a mistake by missing out the board and was not able to assign the matter to any Additional Public Prosecutor. The reasons are given in paragraph 2 of the interim application. Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP states that she will argue the main appeal which is against an order of acquittal passed by the Learned Special Judge, Kolhapur, acquitting respondent of offences punishable under Sections 7, 13 (1) (d) read with Section 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988. Appeal is restored to file.

Stand over to 25th June 2021 for final hearing. Mrs. Deshmukh states that she will ensure that on or before 18th June 2021 respondents are given notice about restoration of this appeal and the appeal being listed on 25th June 2021. Gauri Gaekwad
