It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, he has not received a copy of charge-sheet for his defence in Sessions Case No.33 of 2018 arising out of C.R. No.243 of 2017 registered with Sangli City Police Station, Sangli. That, the said Sessions Case is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli.

We request the learned Additional Sessions Judge of the Trial Court to provide copy of the charge-sheet to the Petitioner as contemplated under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as early as possible, if not supplied earlier to this.

Petition is partly allowed in aforesaid terms. 4.
