Mr. Mishra, learned Counsel for the Applicant after arguing the matter for some time and as this Court expressed disinclination to grant bail, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a reasonable period if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 10 months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
