Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 raised preliminary objection of alternate remedy available under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. He points out that the impugned order has been passed by the Additional Commissioner as against which the remedy of Revision is available before the State Government.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners upon being confronted by the preliminary objection of availability of alternate remedy, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy.
