By order dated 09.03.2021 Interim Application No.3621 of 2019 was allowed and Applicants were directed to implead as legal heirs of Petitioner in the cause title of the Writ Petition. 3.

Mr. Chavan at the outset would submit that the amendments has not been carried out due to some inadvertence and Petitioner be permitted to carry out such amendment. Mr. Chavan in his usual fairness does not raise any objection.
