Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 64 days delay in filing the Appeal challenging the judgment and award passed by the Member, MACT, Sangli in MACP No.274/2012 dated 03.04.2018.
The learned counsel for Respondent submits that they have no objection if the delay is condoned.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the reasons disclosed in the Civil Application and as the learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection for allowing the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.
Hence, the following order is passed:
a. Delay in filing the First Appeal is condoned. b. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. c. No order as to costs.
