It is not in dispute that identical controversy has been looked into by this Court while deciding Writ Petition No. 14038 of 2018 on 16th January, 2019.

In this situation we adopt same course and grant petitioner leave to make appropriate representation to respondent Nos.1 and 2. If such representation is made within a period of two weeks, the appropriate authority shall take suitable decision upon it at the earliest. With this direction we dispose of this writ petition.
