By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 51 days in filing the review petition. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. After perusing the averments made in the civil application and more particularly in paragraphs 4 to 6, the applicants have made out a case for condonation of delay of 51 days in filing the review petition.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). There shall be no order as to costs.
