Learned APP on instructions submits that the applicant has been released on Covid parole on 24th May, 2020. This fact is confirmed by the Learned counsel for the applicant. 2.

Since the applicant is on Covid parole, this application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer fresh application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail as and when the applicant surrenders to custody on expiry of Covid parole. This application has not been adjudicated on merits. 3.

Interim Application No.1498 of 2019 is disposed off accordingly.
