Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 230 of 2018 registered with Jath Police Station, Dist. Sangli for offence punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The bail is opposed by the learned APP on the ground of eye

2 6.3209.18 ba.doc witnesses and seizure of weapon from the applicant. The fact remains that there is civil dispute pending between the parties. Out of the total injuries, 6th injury is reported to be grievous one, however, it appears that the complainant was discharged from the hospital on the same day. That being so, application for bail is made out. Hence, following order:

O R D E R

(I) Application is allowed.

(II) Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 230 of 2018 registered with Jath Police Station, Dist. Sangli on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/­ with one surety in the like amount.

(III) Applicant shall not influence or tamper with the evidence.

Application stands disposed of.
