Not on board. At the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, matter is taken on board for urgent orders. By this First Appeal, appellant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 06/04/2017 passed by Motor Accident Claims
2 34.36295.17 fast.doc Tribunal at Kolhapur in MAC Petititon No. 198 of 2012 holding that respondentclaimants are entitled to sum of Rs. 22,29,600/ by way of compensation alongwith interest of 7% per annum. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the impugned Judgment and Award, I am satisfied that appellant has made out case for following order: (I) Admit.
(II) Printing dispensed with.
(III) Appellant to file private paperbook within one year from today, failing which First Appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.
(IV) Registry to call R & P immediately.
(V) The learned counsel Mr. Ranjeet Patil waives service for respondent nos. 1 to 5.
