Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant (the Review Petitioner, who was original Respondent No.4 in the writ petitions). A Pg 1 of 2

cao520,521­18.doc Court notice has been issued in the civil applications. There is, however, no report of service. The same position had obtained on the last date, i.e. on 25 February 2019. The application has been served, however, by private notice on the Respondents. The Applicant­Review Petitioner has filed an affidavit in proof of such private service. Based on this affidavit, the civil applications are heard.

The civil applications seek condonation of delay of 113 days in filing the review petitions. A reasonable excuse for not preferring the application till the date of its filing is made out in the civil applications. The civil applications are, accordingly, allowed and the delay is condoned. Office to register the review petition and place the same for admission on 20 March 2019. The Review Petitioner to serve the petition privately on the Respondents to the review petition and file an affidavit of service by the next date.
