The learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 submits that the principle amount has been paid to the Petitioner by way of cheque which is handed over by the counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to the counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

As regards the interest part to the delayed payment of gratuity is concerned, the learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 submits that the same will be paid to the Petitioner within eight weeks from today. We record the said statement. 3.

After the payment of the entire amount as aforesaid, the Vishal Parekar 1/2
