By filing this petition, petitioner is seeking direction to the Iresh Siddharam Mashal respondent to approve his appointment as full time Librarian w.e.f. 17/01/1995. According to the petitioner, she is willing to forgo the difference of salary from 17/01/1995 to 31/03/2006. In fact, in this Digitally signed by Iresh Siddharam Mashal Date:

According to the petitioner, her case has been recommended by the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur as per letter dated

2 24.1629.18 wp.doc 17/01/2013 to Deputy Director, Education, Kolhapur. The Deputy Director, Kolhapur, in turn has agreed for the extension of the benefit in favour of the petitioner and has forwarded the said proposal to the State Government vide letter dated 04/02/2013 Exhibit 'H', but till date, the State Government has not taken any decision in regard to the petitioner's claim. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the record, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no. 1 to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the petitioner's proposal as per the recommendation letter dated 04/02/2013 addressed to it by the Deputy Director, Education. Let the decision as aforesaid be taken by the Secretary of the Department within 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
