Mr. Kewal Arya, learned counsel is seeking time as instructions are still awaited. Learned AGP appears for respondent. 2.

On 26/8/2019 we have taken note of request made by the petitioner that counsel stated that he needed time to take steps to withdraw Vakalatnama. Thus, after 4 weeks also the petitioner has not contacted that counsel.

In this situation, we discharge the counsel.
