By this Civil Revision Application, the applicant is challenging order dated 04.09.2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Pune below Exhibit­69 in Regular Civil Suit No. 298 of 2015 rejecting, Applicants/Original Defendants' application for framing additional issues in respect of limitation. He submits that instead of filing Writ Petition, they, filed Civil Revision Appliction. Hence, applicant be permitted to withdraw the present Civil Revision Application with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition for same cause of action. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted. 3.
