P. C. :- INTERIM APPLICATION NOs.13092 OF 2023 and 1 4128 OF 2023:- 1.

The Applicant -Insurance Company has sought to condone the delay and restore the appeal, which was dismissed for nonremoval of office objections. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the office objections could not be removed within the stipulated period due to 1/3

outbreak of Covid 19 and the consequent lockdown. She states that objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks. 3.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The appeal is restored to its file.

The applications stand disposed of.

INTERIM APPLICATION NO.3383 OF 2019:- 5.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that pursuant to the order dated 27/01/2020 the Applicant has deposited the entire compensation before the Claims Tribunal, Satara, in M.A.C.P. No.295 of 2014.

In view of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award is stayed pending hearing of the appeal.
