The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks withdrawal of the above Petition. The above Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
Since the quashing of the FIR in the above Writ Petition was sought by consent, it would be open for the Petitioner to seek quashing of the FIR on merits by filing a fresh Petition. Needless to state that the withdrawal of the above Petition would not come in the way of the Petitioner from prosecuting such Petition.
