DATED : 20 FEBRUARY 2023 P.C. :- This Court by order dated 13 September 2021 in Criminal Bail Application No. 3102 of 2021 while releasing the applicant on bail has inter alia imposed following condition:

"(iii) The applicant shall not enter Sangli District till the conclusion of the trial, except for the purpose of attending the trial Court and reporting to the police station, as directed vide clause (ii) above;"

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial has not yet commenced. For the reasons stated in the application, abovesaid condition is modified and substituted with following condition: "The applicant shall not enter into the limits of village Nimsod, Tq. Kadegaon, Dist. Sangali till conclusion of trial."
