He has invited my attention to the Order dated 07/12/2018 by which the Applicant was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- in the Trial Court as security for the costs to be incurred, for the relief that was sought in the Civil Revision Application.

Since the Applicant is not desirous of prosecuting the Civil Revision Application, the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited pursuant to the Order dated 07/12/2018, is permitted to be withdrawn.
