P.C.:­ This is an Application for modification of condition No.2 imposed upon the Applicant while granting pre­arrest bail by an Order dated 3th April, 2018 and confirmed by an Order dated 24th April, 2018. The said condition reads as under­ "(ii) While on bail, Applicant shall attend Investigating Officer on Monday and Thursday in between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and shall not tamper with the witnesses. Applicant shall not leave the territorial limits of Satara, without intimation to I.O." The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the investigation qua the Applicant is already completed and the papers of 1/2

ssm 2 35-appp1512.18.doc investigation are sent to the Superintendent of Police for his approval. In view thereof, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Thursday in between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. is hereby modified and the Applicant is directed to hereinafter attend the concerned Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon, till conclusion of trial. As far as the second condition is concerned i.e. "Applicant shall not leave the territorial limits of Satara" the same is maintained. Application is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.
