By this application, the applicant seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide CR No. 1 of 2022 with the Shiroli MIDC Police Station, Kolhapur, for the alleged offences punishable under sections 379, 467, 68, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

On the last date, as learned counsel for the applicant had submitted that the applicant was in custody when the alleged offence took place, Learned APP, on instructions of PSI More attached to Local Crime Branch, Kolhapur, had stated on the last date, that an appropriate report would be by SACHIN RAMCHANDRA PATIL Date:

filed against the applicant within three weeks. 3.

Today, learned APP, on telephonic instructions of Mr. Waghmare, PI of Local Crime Branch, Kolhapur, states that the police have filed a report seeking deletion of the applicant's name from the aforesaid CR. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by learned APP, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid application. The application is accordingly disposed of. Needless to state that applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application / petition, if the occasion arises. 5.
