The petition arises out of application for temporary injunction restraining the defendant from disturbing possession of the plaintiff over the suit property.

The Trial Court allowed the application however, the Appellate Court rejected the application. Hence, petitioner approached this Court 3.

This court by order dated 24th December 2018, continued injunction which was in force during pendency of the appeal. The ad-interim injunction granted by this Court on 24th December 2018, in force till today. With the result, the petitioner stands protected from the year 2018. Therefore, considering the nature of the suit, it would be in the interest of justice that Trial Court is

Ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 24th December 2018, shall remain in force till the dismissal of the suit. 5.

Trial Court to decide Regular Civil Suit No. 51 of 2016, within one year from today.
