After considering the allegations in the FIR and the fact that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed, this Court vide order dated 11th December 2023 granted ad-interim bail to the Applicant. This Court has also observed that role of firing on Sambar was attributed to one Chetan Kumar. Thus, considering the said fact, ad-interim bail was granted.

As there is no complaint of misuse of liberty during this period after the bail was granted, I am of the opinion that though learned APP is opposing the application, the application is to be allowed by confirming the order dated 11th December 2023. 3.

Accordingly Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. The order dated 11th December 2023 is confirmed.
