By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 2 years and 26 days in filing civil application and for bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1B. No affidavit-in-reply is filed by the respondents.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b). Delay of 2 years and 26 days is condoned. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. No order as to costs.
