By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 9 years and 164 days in filing civil application and for bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1A. 2.

There is no dispute that the legal heirs of the respondent no.1A are already on record and thus no fresh order for impleadment of the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1A is required to be passed in this civil application. Civil application is disposed of on aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
