The grievance of the petitioner, in the present petition is limited. The petitioner has filed revision application No.8453 of 2018 challenging the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune on 31st July 2018. The petitioner only seeks expeditious disposal of the said revision application. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the revision application shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and within a period of 12 weeks from the date of the appearance of the parties.

In that view of the matter the petition is disposed. The respondent No.9 to decide the revision application on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of appearance of the parties.

The parties to appear before the respondent No.9 on 27th January 2020 at 3.00 p.m..

Ad-interim relied relief already operating to continue for the period of 12 weeks from 27th January 2020. 5.

The rival contentions of all parties are left open. 6.
