Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 submit that Hirabai Shilewant is around 79 years old and she is staying with Respondent Nos.1 and 3, she has not come.

This Court inquired with the representative of the Appellant and Respondent Nos.1 to 3, they agreed about the terms mentioned in the Consent Terms and they have signed on it. 6.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and in view of the above Consent Terms, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. The Appeal is disposed off.

ii. The statutory amount along with accrued interest thereon be transmitted to the Tribunal. The parties are at liberty to withdraw it, as per Rules.

iii. The Court fees be refunded, if any, as per Rules. iv. Record and proceedings be sent back to the Tribunal.
