A communication forwarded by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and J.M.F.C., Khed, to the Registrar (Inspection), High Court, Bombay, dated 29.07.2024 is placed before us.

On 26.02.2024, in Criminal Writ Petition No. 5437 of 2017, the Division Bench has directed the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Khed, District Ratnagiri, who was seized of R.C.C. No. 6 of 2005, to dispose off the case within a period of four months from the date of passing of the Order. 2.

By citing the reasons for an extension, where the Chaitanya

2/2 4-Wp-5437-2017.doc prosecution has submitted the list of 212 witnesses out of which 30 witnesses are examined, a request is made to extent the time by four months to be computed from 30.07.2024, to dispose off the R.C.C. No. 6 of 2005.

Considering the request made, the time limit for deciding the R.C.C. No. 6 of 2005 is extended upto 31.12.2024. The above order shall be communicated to the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and J.M.F.C., Khed, through the Registrar.
