By this civil application, applicant is seeking condonation of 5 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 25.07.2018 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Sangli in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.169 of 2014.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant and as the delay is of 5 days, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order :- a) Delay of 5 days in filing First Appeal is condoned. b) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. c) No order as to costs.
