Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 589/2018 registered with Shahpuri Police Station, Kolhapur for offence punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

2 9.2539.18 aba.doc It is submitted that applicant has cooperated in the investigation and the weapon is also seized.

Perusal of the investigation reveals that the role attributed to the applicant is that of repeated assault by the holder of a sword. The said attack has resulted into causing of grievous injury. That being so, application fails, rejected.
