In the second line of paragraph 1, after the words "partly allowed the" insert words "Application under Exhibit U-2 in". 3.

In paragraph 3 the quotation portion be corrected to read as follows:

"the petitioner shall supply copy of inquiry report to the complainant before imposition of punishment, if any." 4.
