Act proceedings it is claimed by the applicant that the respondent-husband has not taken her for residing together, primarily warrants this Court not to exercise the jurisdiction as prayed. No hardship is established. 2] In view of above, application is disposed of without any interference. Family Court is directed to appoint the Mediator in the backdrop of the aforesaid order.
