The impugned order in the present Writ Petition is order passed below Exhibit-12 in Civil Miscellaneous Application No. 443 of 2018 by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur. Therefore, both learned counsel state that Writ Petition has become infructuous. Thus, Writ Petition is disposed of as it has become infructuous.
