Heard Mr. Shailendra Kanetkar, learned counsel representing the Petitioners and Mr. G. M. Savagave, learned counsel representing Respondent No.3 - Kurundwad Municipal Council.

Under challenge in this Petition is the E-Tender Notice dated 1st November 2023, particularly Tender Condition Nos.16, LGC

2 (907) WP-15568.23.doc 17 and 22 thereof, which has been issued inviting tenders for Solid Waste Management in the territories of Kurundwad Municipal Council.

Learned counsel representing Respondent No.3 - Kurundwad Municipal Council, on the basis of instructions received from Mr. Ashish Babusing Chauhan - the Chief Officer of Kurundwad Municipal Council, who is present in the Court, states that the Municipal Council shall cancel the impugned tender process and re-publish the tender with appropriate tender conditions.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the present Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous, which is hereby disposed of as such.
